Well, not really ;-) Go to Club Penguin's Website then ZOOM OUT. Here's what you're going to see:

Jet Packer and Hydrohopper are waiting "out there" before it's time for them to "show up" on the main screen. Notice also that the Green Puffle flies far out from the Beach ;-) This is actually similar to Ice Fishing when played OFFLINE.

When you play this game ONLINE, meaning through logging in Club Penguin, you will only see the INSIDE of the RED SQUARE. Things seem to be waiting for their cues to go inside the red square ;-)

Cool huh?
